Lawrence Grinceri

Lawrence launched Skyhook Capital Pte Ltd in 2017 to bring best practice in wealth product distribution to the blockchain. He is currently launching a new ecosystem to enable Security Tokens to be integrated into the operations of buyside institutions. This promises to transform the entire wealth industry as investors incorporate this new type of investment product into their portfolios while at the same time provide the catalyst for more real world assets to be traded on the emerging blockchain capital market infrastructure.

Prior to becoming a technology entrepreneur Lawrence held management positions in leading Information Technology firms including CSS, Accenture, Reuters Plc, TIBCO Software and SunGard Data System. He holds a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Curtin University (Western Australia) awarded in 1988 and has received numerous awards including best fintech in Asia from both the MAS and HK Monetary Authority.

Sustainability & Impact investments

Vi engages with Square Associates as our sustainability consultant. She held the position of Director of Research at Asia Research and Engagement (ARE). ARE offers research, engagement and consulting services on the financial relevance of sustainability and governance to banks, investors and businesses. ARE works across a range of themes including energy transition, sustainable protein and sustainable real estate; leveraging the team’s investing and banking experience to help clients focus on identifying, understanding and managing the sustainability issues that drive long-term value creation.

Vi Nguyen

She has nearly two decades of banking and finance experience working for large international banks in Asia and Australia. Prior to transitioning into ESG/Sustainability, she worked as an investment strategist for Standard Chartered and was a voting member of the Private Banking and Wealth Management division’s Global Investment Committee.

She is an equity specialist, having held positions as a proprietary trader and as a research analyst on both the buy and sell sides. Her market experience spans Australia, Asia, Europe and the US.

Lawrence is a technology entrepreneur with a successful track record in building high value companies in the financial technology sector specialising in the wealth product distribution supply chain. As a Founder his most well know achievement to date is AG Delta Pte Ltd, a leading wealth solution providers to Private Banks, IFA's and Family Offices that automates many of the activities to manage investment portfolios and transact the full spectrum of wealth products across multiple jurisdictions. Today over $1.5 Trillion of wealth products has been transacted through the platform by leading Financial Institutions across 15 countries.

Remi Colinmaire

Remi has been an independent investor and entrepreneur since 2014 and has been involved in real estate structured finance transactions in Europe and the US.

He is co-founder and managing partner of Polaris Investments, a private equity real estate platform that exclusively invests in US real estate transactions.

He is also partner in Virage-Viager, a Paris-based real estate company that is pioneer and expert in mutualizing home reversion contracts into investable funds vehicles built for large financial institutions.

Previously, he was an investment professional for 15 years who held several positions in both sell side and buy side firms. He was portfolio manager at global macro multi-billion dollar fund Alphadyne Asset Management in Singapore from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, he was co-founder and portfolio manager at RSR Capital in Singapore from 2009 to 2012.

He also was managing director at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2009 in charge of equity derivatives trading in Japan and in Europe.

Remi holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance from ENSAE, France and an MBA level degree from EDHEC Business School, France.

Yashub Rohit Isaiah

Yash R. Isaiah brings to the table a specific skill set in the world of Finance. Having acquired his degree in the National University of Singapore in the field of Biochemistry, he took an unusual career deviation - a decision to enter the Insurance world, starting with a sales position and working up from there.

Subsequently, this diversified into forays in FMCG, trading, Energy, and alternative Finance.

Having focused on the niche of alternative finance, this allows him to consult on a diverse range of asset classes in the space, as well as bringing a high quality range of relationships to complete the often interesting deals the often materialize in the space.

Yash has a strong focus on guarantee instruments such as Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantees (BG), SafeKeeping Receipts (SKR) and other transactional banking type of products. Additionally, he co-founded an investment holding specializing in project finance and alternative financing structures.

Hal Hemmerich

Hal has extensive experience in managing operations and finances within numerous International Corporations as an Executive and Senior Officer. His experience in various industries dates back four decades.

The industry segments have included Mining, Software development, Maritime, Agriculture, Oil and gas exploration and production, Retail, and IT.

He has been involved in projects within construction, engineering operations, production, and exploration programs. These projects have encompassed geographic areas in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, CIS countries, former Russian Republic, South America, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

Hal is our Canada Operating Partner and is the Chairman & CEO of Canadian listed B2B Enterprise software company InterField Global Software (NEO:IFS). He has led and completed public offerings including RTO’s, IPO’s and formation of Capital Pool Corporations on North American and International exchanges.

Nghi Nguyen

Nghi is our Ho Chi Minh City-based Country Operating Partner in Vietnam. She has extensive experience in Consumer and F&B sectors. Nghi is a Vietnamese entrepreneur. As the co-founder and operator of Platinum Beverages, the first Vietnamese Craft Beer Company in Vietnam, also known as ‘Vietnam's Original Craft Beer”. Born and raised in Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, Nghi received her bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics.

After college, she worked to become a hospitality and beverages professional at various hospitality and retail outlets before venturing out in retail and in manufacturing. Her first venture Platinum Beverages, a leading craft beer in Vietnam was co-founded in 2014. Before that she represented Pomegranate Perspectives since 2004. Pomegranate provides technology consulting and support to the beverage industry in Vietnam and provides private label beers internationally. Nghi also represents Trinity International Services in Vietnam a UK based consulting in oil and gas company in Vietnam. As a Partner / Founder of Toucan Services and Trading, Nghi is involved in consulting the supply chain and produce which is required for Beer manufacturing in Southeast Asia and around the world.

Nghi, a passionate entrepreneur and a Vietnam subject matter expert, she was inspired by the zillenials' trends and consumer behaviour and with her love for brewing and beers, prompted her to start the first craft beer company aptly titled "Vietnams Original". A regular speaker at all Retail beverage events, Nghi is committed to make Platinum, an international and Vietnams most popular craft beer.

Steve Huang

Steve Huang is our Hanoi-based Country Operating Partner in Vietnam. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with over 26 years of expertise in information technology, cybersecurity, banking, financial services (FSI), fintech, digital payments, government technology, telecom, digital healthcare, and media. His deep knowledge extends to cryptography, public key infrastructure (PKI), and digital trust, positioning him as a trusted authority in these fields.

Currently, Steve drives transformational initiatives in cybersecurity, digital trust, open banking, open finance, and compliance, with a focus on banking and finance, digital assets, stablecoins, digital currencies, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). He collaborates closely with key stakeholders to strengthen security frameworks and deploy innovative solutions aligned with global standards, including GDPR, eIDAS, PSD2/PSD3, SOC2, Basel II/III, FATF, and ISO 31000.

With over 20 years of experience, Steve has played a pivotal role in World Bank modernization projects in Vietnam, particularly in banking and finance, public finance, education, and healthcare. His contributions include leading large-scale transformations for organizations such as the Central Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Education since 1999.

Steve’s core competencies span strategic planning, digital strategy, leadership, digital transformation, investment consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and fostering global strategic partnerships. He holds globally recognized certifications, including MBA, CISA, PMP, COBIT, open banking, blockchain, fintech, crypto assets, PKI, and cryptography, underscoring his commitment to advancing digital transformation and regulatory compliance.

Indonesia Operating Partner - Jakarta

Dicky Moningka

Dicky is an accomplished international CFO/Director/Financial Controller with 30 years of experience in Indonesia, USA, and Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, and Nigeria). He has worked for Multi-Billion Dollar Global Mining Group Freeport-McMoRan in the United States and Globally for some of their Subsidiaries and Affiliates for 24 years, starting as a select Graduate in Freeport’s special Management Training Program at the US headquarters office, steadily rising to ultimately serving as Director on several Freeport Subsidiaries’ Boards.

He has previously served as CFO of Wilmar’s Nigeria Plantations. His most recent posting was serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO/Consultant of PT Inerco Global International and PT Indo Sino International, Jakarta, Indonesia, focusing mainly on the Mining business development (i.e., a new gold mining Joint Venture project with the largest mining State-Owned Company).

He started his career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young International (EY), Jakarta, Indonesia.
